The facility
A bright, purpose-built space: power racks and plate-loaded strength, selectorised machines, a functional rig zone for Bootcamp and C-Force, a full conditioning line (bikes, rowers, SkiErgs, treadmills and stair climbers), plus changing rooms, showers and lockers.
